U Earn Rewards FAQs

• How can I register my rewards card within the U Earn Rewards Program?
  

  To set up/register a U Earn Rewards Online Account, you will need to:

  1. Visit www.uearnrewards.com.
  2. Click “Sign In” within the Home Page, which is in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Click “Not registered? Sign up now."
  4. In the “Account Holder Name” field, enter the card member's last name, first name and middle initial. The name you enter should be the same name APGFCU has on file.
  5. Enter the card member's zip code.
  6. Enter the last six digits of the rewards card account number in the "Last 6 digits of account number" field. See below of an example of the registration form.
  7. Then click “Continue” to complete the registration process.

• How can I get help registering my rewards card or using/redeeming U Earn Rewards?
  

  You can contact the U Earn Rewards Customer Service Center at 866-421-5229. 

  • U Earn Rewards Customer Service Specialists are available Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET and weekends from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. The call center will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. On the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day, our call center will have reduced hours of operation.
  • Travel Call Center hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET and weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. The travel center will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
• Why did APGFCU change the rewards program?
  

  The U Earn Rewards Program provides more choices for earning and redeeming points from a vast online catalog. You’ll also be able to use your points to donate to a charity.

• Are my existing uChoose Rewards Program points transferred to my new U Earn Rewards account?
  

  Yes, your uChoose Rewards points have transferred to your new U Earn Rewards account. The transferred points will appear within your U Earn Rewards account.

• How do I earn points?
  

  You earn one U Earn Rewards point for every purchase dollar you spend with your APGFCU Visa Rewards credit card. Plus, you can earn three (3) points at restaurants and two (2) points on gas and groceries. There are also opportunities to earn additional bonus points through local and national merchants.

• How can I track my points?
  

  U Earn Rewards keeps track of all your points for you and helps you find rewards when you’re ready to redeem your points.

• What can I get when I redeem my U Earn Rewards points?
  

  It’s your choice! You can choose options like merchandise, travel experiences, activities, event tickets, pre-paid Visa cards, merchant gift cards and charitable donations.
