There is an active scam where identity thieves pretending to be from APGFCU are contacting members via a text alert on their phones. The alert instructs you to click a link, which takes you to a site that appears to be ours to enter your APGFCU login ID and password.
DO NOT CLICK THE LINK IN THE TEXT and only access APGFCU Online Banking via the apgfcu.com website or our mobile app.
All APGFCU offices will be closing at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, December 24 for Christmas Eve, and closed on Wednesday, December 25 for the Christmas Day holiday observance.
Online/Mobile Banking, ABBY Telephone Teller and ATMs will be available during this time.
Regular hours will resume on Thursday, December 26.
The mobile banking app is temporarily unavailable for download in the Google Play Store. Members who have not already downloaded the app may use the browser on their phone (also known as mobile web) to access our online banking. Visit www.apgfcu.com and click “Log In” at the top right corner. We apologize for the inconvenience.
APGFCU®, including its Security team, will never call and ask you for your PIN (Personal Identification Number) or secure access code for Online Banking. Read below on how to safeguard yourself from these phone scams.
The text reads as follows: A new device signed into your account. If this wasn’t you click APGFCUBANK.weebly.com.
The link may also appear as: http://myapgfcu.weebly[.]com

There is an active scam where identity thieves pretending to be from APGFCU are contacting members. The phone number is spoofed so the caller ID appears as APGFCU's published phone number.
The scammer’s goal is to scare you into thinking fraudulent transactions are occurring on your card or account. They may say, to protect you, they urgently need your card or Online Banking information (login ID and secure access code) to assist you and to verify your identity.
If you voluntarily provide your sensitive information to anyone who is not an authorized user on your account, you may be responsible for the transactions and you may not get your money back.
If you receive an APGFCU Security Alert (i.e. new device added, login ID or password changed, secure access code contact changed, user profile updated, or security alert preferences changed) and you suspect fraudulent activity, please contact APGFCU immediately.
Please make sure your contact information, and secure access delivery channels, are up to date and add [email protected] to your safe senders list.
Within Online Banking, navigate to Settings > Alert Settings to edit your delivery preferences (email, phone, text) and to enable security alerts.
Use the following methods to contact us if you have suspicious activity on your accounts, or if you suspect you are a victim of fraud or identity theft.
