Members who have not already downloaded the app may use the browser on their phone (also known as mobile web) to access our online banking. Definition of Terms
- A “household” is all the members with the same address.
- Household deposits are the combined average daily balances of all savings accounts.
- Loan balances are the combined actual balances of all loans as of the close of business on the last calendar day of the month.
- Levels are determined on the last day of each month. Depending on your activity and household balances, your level CAN change from month to month. With a checking account, your current level will be printed on your monthly statement. Without a checking account, your current level will be printed on your quarterly statement. Any branch or call center representative can advise you of your current level.

- Only balances for accounts in good standing are calculated for the determination of a level.
- MyTimes Plus benefits, for those 65+, override those offered in a given level.
- Business accounts are not eligible for inclusion in Member Rewards.
Rebates & Discounts
- Benefits for your level are available to you on the first day of the calendar month following the month in which the benefit was earned.
- Discounted and free transactions at Out-of-Network ATMs do not include surcharges that may be assessed by the institution that owns the ATM.
- The Gold Level benefit of FREE checks is limited to the Basic style only. Substitution of check style is not permitted, and credit will not be issued in lieu of the Basic style. (one box per year)

- We are prohibited under federal and state law from disclosing any information on any account used in connection with calculating your household balances of which you are not an owner.
